For years, I’ve carried a quiet vision in my heart. A vision to build something that draws on my God-given gifts, hard-fought lessons, and desire to serve women like me who are searching for a safe place to become their true selves.
I’ve watched brilliant, capable women navigate life with incredible strength, yet often without a place to truly exhale. Spaces where they could drop the armor, gather with intention, and be both celebrated and challenged to grow were rare, if not non-existent.
I wanted something different.
I saw the need for a place where women could go to recharge; where they could be their authentic selves while being supported to grow into their own vision of who they were becoming.
As a single mother raising a young man, earning a professional degree, and working full-time, I lived burnout. My journey vacillated between struggling, thriving, surviving, and crying. Each day, I knew who I wanted to become, not only for myself, but also to be a positive example for my son.
I dreamed of a sanctuary where women could step away from survival mode and step into a life that felt abundant, beautiful, and purposeful. A place where leadership and grace could coexist. Where laughter and healing could sit side by side. Where no woman had to bloom alone.
But here’s the truth: I started this journey more than once, under different names, with unclear goals and values, while sharing only a part of me. Each time, fear and imposter syndrome whispered that I wasn’t ready, that I wasn’t enough. And for a while, I listened. I let those voices stop me. Each time, I asked, why me? Why did I believe I was the right messenger?
Yet the vision never left me. It kept returning, louder each time, reminding me that the world doesn’t need another perfect leader, it needs women willing to show up, imperfect and courageous. It needs vulnerability and someone willing to show all parts of themselves not only the socially acceptable ones.
That vision gave birth to the Amara Kollective.
The Vision Behind the Amara Kollective
At its heart, the Amara Kollective is about transformation and connection. It’s a community designed for women who are ready to bloom in every part of life, personally, professionally, spiritually, emotionally, financially, and creatively. It is for women who acknowledge they are on a journey and that with support, the journey will be better and more impactful.
This is not just another membership. It’s a movement. It’s a celebration of women as the tie that binds the family; the backbone to our communities.
The Kollective offers:
Wildflower Way
Practical tools found in the Kollective Kache like the My Reason Why worksheet to help members understand why this journey and to use that reason to keep them grounded to the journey. Other tools like the Re-Bloom Plan and Blueprint to Success: Your Momentum Map, are designed to help you define success on your own terms.
Weekly Cultivation Calls that provide both accountability and encouragement, reminding you that your growth journey is seen and supported no matter where you are.
Courses and workshops designed exclusively for the Amara Kollective that are accessible both digitally and in-person.
Signature Experiences like Ladies Who Brunch and Beauty & the Bloom, where connection is intentional and beauty is restorative. These gatherings currently bloom in South Carolina, our founding hub, our Bloom Ground, with our digital community open to women everywhere.
Every detail is rooted in one belief: when women gather with purpose, we rise higher together.
What Makes This Different
The Amara Kollective isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress. Moreover, it’s about becoming.
It’s about bold, authentic, meaningful growth that honors the process as much as the result.
We embrace the mess, honor the process, provide support, and celebrate resilience. We believe in blooming wherever we’re planted, without waiting for perfect conditions or permission. And we believe in doing it together.
In this space, you’ll find encouragement, tools, reflection, and community designed to help you live boldly and gracefully all at once.
