Refund Policy

Digital Products & Downloads

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds unless the product is defective or there was a technical error.

Memberships

  • Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time but are non-refundable.
  • Annual memberships may be eligible for a prorated refund only under exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.

Workshops & Events

Refunds are provided only if we cancel the event. You may transfer your registration to another event if we receive notification at least 72 hours in advance.

Request Process

To request a refund or report an issue, email: support@theamarakollective.com within seven (7) days of purchase date.

  • Tangible Products (e.g., T-Shirts, Affirmation Cards, Signs, Stickers)
  • You may request a refund or exchange for unused, tangible products within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the incorrect item was sent.
  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
