THE AMARA KOLLECTIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Your Agreement to These Terms
   By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or engaging with any part of the Amara Kollective ecosystem, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or services.
2. What We Offer
   The Amara Kollective provides digital products, membership offerings, downloadable tools, experiences, events, and educational resources. Certain materials, programs, and community spaces are exclusive to active members at designated membership tiers. Access may be added, changed, or limited as programming evolves.
3. Intellectual Property and Use of Content
   All content created by the Amara Kollective, including but not limited to worksheets, courses, graphics, videos, events, assessments, card decks, branding, written materials, templates, and digital products, is the exclusive property of the Amara Kollective and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Personal-use licenses are granted at purchase unless otherwise stated. Commercial use, replication, distribution, resale, or adaptation of any Amara Kollective materials requires prior written permission and, when applicable, a commercial licensing agreement.

Unauthorized use may result in account suspension or legal action.

1. Community Expectations and Member Conduct
   The Amara Kollective is an intentional space designed for growth, reflection, and connection. Members are expected to foster an atmosphere of respect, inclusivity, confidentiality, and integrity.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or revoke membership if behavior disrupts the community experience, violates these Terms, harms other members, or threatens the safety, wellbeing, or mission of the Kollective.

1. Your Account and Security Responsibilities
   You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and preventing unauthorized access. Notify us promptly at support@theamarakollective.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Amara Kollective is not liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account.

1. Updates to Terms and Services
   As the Amara Kollective evolves, we may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site or services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review them periodically.
2. Shipping and Delivery of Physical Products
   We ship physical items such as journals, card decks, apparel, and other merchandise to U.S. and select international destinations. Shipping methods, estimated delivery windows, and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

1. Returns and Exchanges for Physical Products
   Physical product returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Items must receive prior return authorization before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Digital products, memberships, and downloadable files are not eligible for returns or refunds unless otherwise stated due to their immediate-access nature.

   The Amara Kollective strives to provide continuous access to digital materials and community spaces, but we may occasionally pause features, perform maintenance, or update systems. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
